准备：
VMware ESXi5.0、
OMSA 7.0软件（下载地址：http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER00333144M/1/OM-SrvAdmin-Dell-Web-WIN-7.0.0-4741_A00.exe）
下载OMSA 7.0的VIB包，下载地址：
ftp://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER00333292M/1/Dell_OpenManage_ESXi500_OM700-643291_A00.zip
然后还需要下载vSphere 5 CLI（需要注册一下），用来安装OMSA VIB包

开始安装VIB包：先把SSH打开

用WINSCP或者其他工具把VIB包(下载好的是zip文件，解压出来有一个VIB包)上传到/TMP目录上

把shell也打开，检查一下是否上传成功

按alt+F1进入shell(alt+F2退回主界面)

在管理端安装VMware vSphere CLI 并运行以下命令：
esxcli.exe --server 199.9.9.10 software vib install -v /tmp/cross_oem-dell-openmanage-esxi_7.0-0000.vib

重启一下ESXI主机，需要检查一下下图的地方的值是否是 1 默认就是 1

检查OMSA是否安装成功

安装Server Administrator Web Server.之后运行就可以登入了

这样就可以把硬件日志导出，也可以查看一下硬件和存储信息

另外，分享下如果出现以下的登录故障的解决方法：
当使用XP或2003系统（WIN2008系统或WIN7则无此问题）的浏览器IE或Firefox登录OMSA发现下图所示报错：

Resolution:
This is not an issue with OMSA or the OMSA VIB installed on ESXi 5.0 host.
The issue is Winrm on Windows XP not compatible with vSphere 5.0 WS-Man support. ESXi 5.0 no longer supports WS-Management communications from the Windows Remote Management (winrm) client running on Windows XP.
Versions of winrm on more recent Windows hosts are supported.
ESXi 5.0 has been upgraded to more secure encryption algorithms that are incompatible with older versions of winrm.

To configure ESXi 5.0 to use encryption algorithms compatible with winrm on Windows XP:
1. Edit the file /etc/vmware/hostd/config.xml.
2. Locate the <vmacore>...</vmacore> tags in the file.
3. Within the vmacore element, locate the <ssl>...</ssl> tags.
4. Within the ssl element, add the following element:
5. <cipherList>HIGH:RC4-SHA:RC4-MD5</cipherList>
6. Save the file and restart hostd.
